This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing on-site installation teams, including internal technicians and subcontractors, while delivering high-quality, standards-compliant work on projects valued from $10M to $15M.</p><p>The ideal candidate will coordinate effectively with General Contractors (GCs), customers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. You will maintain best-in-class installation practices and uphold the highest standards of quality across all projects.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Oversee and successfully deliver $10M&ndash;$15M structured cabling and fiber optic installation projects</li><li>Lead and supervise multiple on-site teams, including internal field crews and subcontractors</li><li>Coordinate daily activities with General Contractors, customers, and project managers</li><li>Oversee multiple crews and leads to ensure efficient, high-quality technical installations</li><li>Enforce industry best practices and quality standards on every job site</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>10+ years of hands-on experience installing and testing structured cabling systems (preferred)</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities</li><li>Thorough knowledge of low voltage industry standards and best practices</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously</li></ul></div>\n",
