Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible.</p><p></p><p><b>Job Summary:</b></p><p>The Personal Lines Private Client Account Executive would be responsible for providing professional stewardship to include annual exposure reviews ensuring that their clients are adequately protected. This would involve conducting thorough assessments of a client&#39;s assets and potential risks and providing recommendations for appropriate insurance coverage. Additionally, the advisor would be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with their clients keeping them up to date on market changes as well as any changes to their insurance program. Effective communication and analytical skills would be essential for this role.</p><p></p><p><b>Primary Functions:</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop client relationships to become their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all things related to their personal insurance.</p></li><li><p>Review client exposures, loss experience and current coverage and recommend appropriate products and</p></li><li><p>Services.</p></li><li><p>Provide proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating and evaluating client’s needs.</p></li><li><p>Work well independently but also in groups utilizing internal assistant, accounting, marketing and claims resources appropriately.</p></li><li><p>Manage the renewal process to ensure maximum retention and recognize cross sell opportunities where possible.</p></li><li><p>Deliver outstanding customer service by providing professional, timely and accurate communication.</p></li><li><p>Establish effective relationships with carriers, underwriters, and marketing representatives.</p></li><li><p>Resolve complex service or coverage related issues in partnership with team members and producers.</p></li><li><p>Maintain complete and accurate client and policy data and documents within the management system EPIC using our workflows and procedures to be as effective and efficient as possible.</p></li><li><p>Escalate internal and external service concerns that clients may be experiencing to appropriate departments or management for action and prevention of further client impact as needed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Position Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>5 - 7 years personal lines insurance experience; preferably working with HNW/Private clientele.</p></li><li><p>Property &amp; Casualty (P&amp;C) License.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word &amp; Excel.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to meet deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving ability.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-LS1</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Pay Details:</span></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
