      "value": "<ul><li>Minimum of <strong>5 years’ experience</strong> in CNC milling or a related technical apprenticeship</li><li>Experience with work holding, jigs, and fixturing for complex components on 5-axis CNC equipment</li><li>Formal CNC machining certification preferred, plus CAM knowledge</li><li>Ability to use a wide range of precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators, bore gauges, thread gauges, indicators, plug gauges, etc.)</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel), strong organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus</li></ul>"
