Join us in revolutionizing the lithium supply chain with our groundbreaking technology! </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span><br>Reporting to the leadership team, the Financial Analyst is an essential position providing analysis and coordination of business and financial information across the Company’s Business Development, Finance and Engineering/Technical functions. The Financial Analyst is responsible for corporate Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A), modeling (project and corporate level), financial analysis supporting business development activities, conducting deep-dive research and gathering, monitoring, and analyzing trends across the lithium refining, battery materials, and electrochemical technology space. </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1. Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A)</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Modeling:</span> Build and maintain complex financial models for plant deployments and commercial-scale facilities, as well as at the corporate level.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scenario Planning: </span>Run \"what-if\" simulations for plant economics to stress-test Mangrove’s revenue models and scaling strategy, and for impacts at the corporate level.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2. Business Development Financial Analysis</span></p>\n<p><br>Financial Modeling in support of commercial negotiations, feeding results into overall project and corporate financial models.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3. Strategic Support &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Executive Dashboards:</span> Design and maintain Power BI or Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs for investors and senior leadership.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Case Development:</span> Create data-backed presentation materials for strategic financing rounds and partnership discussions with customers.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational Liaison:</span> Work closely with the engineering and project teams to integrate technical milestones into financial forecasts.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4. Market Analysis &amp; Intelligence</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sector Benchmarking: </span>Monitor and report on lithium pricing (Hydroxide vs. Carbonate), LME/Fastmarkets indices, and competitor technology advancements.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Feedstock Tracking:</span> Analyze the global supply of lithium from brines, hard rock, and recycling sources to identify optimal co-location opportunities.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Tracking: </span>Analyze the global market for battery chemistries to determine which products the company should be focusing on.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education: </span>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. An MBA or CFA/CPA candidate is a strong plus.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> 4–7 years in financial and business analysis, investment banking, or FP&amp;A, ideally within the Cleantech, Mining, or Energy sectors.  Strong preference for candidates with prior exposure to modeling for project finance / infrastructure finance, including equity and lender perspectives<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills:</span> Expert-level Excel skills (VBA, Power Query, complex financial modeling).<br>Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).<br>Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite) or specialized FP&amp;A software (BPC, Workday Adaptive).<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills: </span>Ability to translate complex financial and business data into clear financial narratives.  Proactive, self-starter.  Curious.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Mangrove? </span></p>\n<p>At Mangrove Lithium, our people are at the core of our groundbreaking technology.
