    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a<strong> Test Engineer (Mid-Level) </strong>to support our U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Integrated Booking System (IBS) program.This role focuses on functional, system, and integration testing of applications built using Angular (TypeScript) and Java (Spring Boot).</p>\n<h2>Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<h1>Functional & System Testing</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios</li>\n <li>Perform functional, integration, and regression testing</li>\n <li>Validate system behavior against requirements</li>\n <li>Track defects using Jira</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Application & API Testing</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Test Angular web applications and Java/Spring Boot APIs</li>\n <li>Perform API testing (Postman or similar)</li>\n <li>Validate data accuracy and outputs</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Collaboration & Support</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with developers to resolve defects</li>\n <li>Support UAT and stakeholder validation</li>\n <li>Assist with release validation</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>DevSecOps & Quality Integration</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Support testing within CI/CD pipelines</li>\n <li>Validate builds during deployments</li>\n <li>Improve testing processes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active Secret Clearance</li>\n <li>IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE)</li>\n <li>3+ years software testing experience</li>\n <li>Experience executing test plans independently</li>\n <li>Experience with Jira</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>DoD experience</li>\n <li>Angular/Java familiarity</li>\n <li>API testing (Postman)</li>\n <li>SQL/data validation</li>\n <li>CI/CD exposure</li>\n <li>DISA STIG familiarity</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>EEO and Affirmative Action Policy:</strong> DecisionPoint Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
