    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>General Description:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span>This position is responsible for delivering and picking up freight, including equipment, construction materials, and tools, from fabrication facilities, vendors, and job sites. The role also includes tool crib support responsibilities.&nbsp;When not engaged in delivery activities, the incumbent will perform standard tool crib functions, using judgment and initiative to complete tasks such as assisting field and shop personnel with tool requests. The position may require operating various equipment and office tools, including pickup trucks, forklifts, cranes, personal computers, iPads, fax machines, copy machines, and calculators.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Load and properly secure freight, and vehicle side and lift gates for transportation.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Drive multiple size delivery trucks to various jobsites and vendor facilities throughout the region.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Safely unload deliveries at various jobsites and ensure the correct freight is being delivered.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Utilize material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach lifts, pallet jacks and other devices for loading and unloading.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Assist in all warehouse logistics including inbound and outbound freight.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Coordinate and communicate expected delivery date expectations of materials/hardware orders back to the field teams.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0.5in;\"><span>Emergency Deliveries</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0.5in;\"><span>Customer Service</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0.5in;\"><span>Pull and fill tool orders</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0.5in;\"><span>Maintain tool crib stock items</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0.5in;\"><span>Refilling shelves and racks</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0.5in;\"><span>Checking tools&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0.5in;\"><span>Inspect returned tools for proper operation or needing repairs</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Support equipment storage and tool crib warehouses</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Assist with management and inventory of all safety related equipment and PPE’s.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Assist in the filing of service paperwork.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Support the services and construction department in various tasks.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Shipping and receiving of orders and freight following the facilities established procedures.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;
