      "content": "\n<li>Office Admin experience, 1 year required</li>\n<li>Demonstrates a high level of customer service and interpersonal communication skills</li>\n<li>Call/Contact center or other high call volume experience, 1 year preferred</li>\n<li>Proficient with Google Suite</li>\n<li>Highly detail-oriented</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment</li>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Must be able to work in the US without restriction</li>\n<li><em><strong>Candidates must have reliable, high-speed internet to perform the duties of this remote role. Additionally, a backup internet option is required to ensure uninterrupted connectivity in case of outages.</strong></em></li>\n<li><em><strong>Please Note:</strong></em></li>\n<li><strong><em> While this is a remote position, we are currently only able to hire in select U.S. states due to employment and tax requirements.
