  "BriefDescription": "The Senior Project Manager (SPM) for Architecture will primarily function as a project lead within the Architecture department and assist with department operational duties. SPM will present project concepts internally and externally as needed, help coordinate technical reviews internally on a quarterly basis, and lead the team to coordinate conceptual design through construction documents, permitting, and construction administration. The Senior Project Manager for Architecture reports directly to the Director of Architecture and periodically reports on project financials and schedule as required.\nProject pipeline is a direct reflection of Business Development sales effort and as such this position may support the Director’s sales efforts.",
