This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to streamline inventory operations.&nbsp;</p><p paraeid=\"{959267ea-c879-4e39-9750-35529f761914}{236}\" paraid=\"760971619\"><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Counts inventory materials and posts total inventory records.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Identifies root causes of variances between clerical computations and physical count of stock and adjust errors and/or investigates discrepancies.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Monitors inventory rotations and make recommendations as needed.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prepares report(s) such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reviews and investigates daily reports.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maintains shrinkage at or below company standard.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Create and implement best practices and solutions to enhance inventory control and accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the check-in and product return process.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Responsible of ensuring accurate counts and item maintenance verification and notification&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Communicates the returns process with vendors, customers, and manages employees involved in the returns process.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reviews and inspect all forms, reports and records relating to product returns.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inspect and reconcile quantities on forms and documents and return into inventory.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coordinate returns clerk activities with warehouse management.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Performs other related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p paraeid=\"{5c579ac8-18db-4825-afb9-b0e20b49c3c2}{77}\" paraid=\"1327065181\"><strong>The ideal candidate should possess:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate general computer skills.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Must be able to work the schedule/assigned times.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.&nbsp;</li></ul>#CM-ALL",
