What You’ll be Doing Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? You’ll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. During a Typical Day, You’ll Answer incoming communications from customers Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously to document interactions and provide accurate solutions Meet established goals for all performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and schedule adherence What You Bring to the Role At least 1 year of customer services experience High school diploma or equivalent Availability to work weekends Computer experience Wired internet connection (fiber, cable, or DSL) with speeds above 15 Mbps is required. Webcam participation is expected during all instructor‑led TTEC and client‑required training, either throughout the session or at designated times, and is encouraged during coaching sessions to support meaningful connection and collaboration. Along the way, you’ll also have access to individualized coaching and thousands of free courses to support your growth.
