These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Manager will play a key role in driving HR solutions and identifying customer needs. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner effectively with employees, managers and corporate contacts to handle general HR demands.</li>\n <li>Strategically manage employee development and improvement plans including goal development, coaching, training, rewards and recognition.</li>\n <li>Drive strategic and tactical planning in organizational development, culture, and capability development and performance management.</li>\n <li>Support plant safety by engaging in specific initiatives, investigations and training.</li>\n <li>Administer benefits programs for all employees at the manufacturing plant.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.</li>\n <li>Create, improve and administer human resource policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Manage onboarding process for newly hired salaried employees.</li>\n <li>Perform exit interviews in order to help improve employee relations.</li>\n <li>Responsibility for food safety and GMP’s</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5-10+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred, or a combination of relevant experience and education is a plus.</li>\n <li>Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills</li>\n <li>Ability to listen well, comprehend and analyze situations</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to develop effective working relationships within all areas of the company</li>\n <li>Experience with union/labor relations, hourly recruiting, employee relations and engagement, benefits administration, payroll, policy communication and administration, HR compliance, etc.</li>\n <li>Past experience in safety management and handling workers compensation a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-TM1</p>\n<p>#INDSalaried</p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
