Roles/Responsibilities/Qualifications IE/Station Designer/Production Experiences to engineer and optimize GA Workstations (Operator, Material, Tooling, Torque Tool, ICT Interfaces – Holistic Workstation Approach) Workstation Quality Audit Experiences Team Building and People Skills – Pull key stakeholders together on a regular basis to plan and design workstations Issue Identifications and Closure – collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify workstation related issues in RMS (Readiness Management System) and resolve and track them Change Management – Manage and document changes related to scroll update after scroll freeze Logistics/Material Display Experiences to integrate into workstation engineering Understand Operator Foot Print and Interface with PFS (Performance Feedback System) GA Launch Experiences from Scroll Development and Workstation Optimization Perspectives Excellent Project Management Skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, or pregnancy.
