With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.</span></span></p>\n<p style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span><span><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span><span>Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Identify thematic problems and develop/lead delivery of strategies to improve the stability and resiliency of production and non-production environments</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Drive products that shift hygiene and engineering best practices from manual governance to guardrails and automation.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Ensure AEP developer experience is a first-class requirement—minimize friction, maximize self-service.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span><span><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span><span>5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, value management, and delivery</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>A relationship builder with the ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and technology partners across different levels. &nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent problem-solving, time management and planning skills, and possesses the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time.
