What started as a software development hub is now evolving into a full development center and we're looking for passionate professionals to join us on this journey.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">If you're ready to be part of a dynamic, international environment where your ideas matter and innovation drives everything we do, submit your application today !</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">P<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">osition/Assignment Purpose : </span></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">Reporting to the Director, Manufacturing Engineering, you will play an important role in managing new product introduction by dealing with EMS and RWS development teams.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer, you will be working in the broader Manufacturing Team to manage new product introduction, drive advancement in manufacturing technology and process, optimize existing production for quality and cost improvement, explore new technology and process development &amp; standardizations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities/Statement of Work :</span></span></span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Utilizing skills in manufacturing and sustaining engineering while interfacing directly with EMS factory and RWS development teams to effectively execute process and change control.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Providing manufacturing requirement inputs on DFx issues to RWS design engineering for manufacturability improvement during design stage as well as mass production stage.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Taking the initiative for timely resolution of issues, leading meetings effectively and focusing on resolution. Effective interface between OEM and the factory.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Securing with each RWS Program Manager that new products are industrially ready for mass production in our factory (manufacturability, testability, reparability, documentation etc.) as per current processes.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Introduction of new products, from design through prototyping to volume production:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">1. Participating in the development team as the manufacturing expert.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">2. Coordinating prototype builds and providing input to the development team on DFx issues.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">3. Maintenance of documentation and BOM data.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">4. Generating and managing implementation of engineering changes into manufacturing.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">5. Technical liaising between Rolling Wireless R&amp;D and contract manufacturers.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">Researching and bringing in new technology (all aspects) for team review and selection.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">Working with Marketing and R&amp;D team on concepts and identifying, developing, industrializing, and documenting the required advanced/new technology processes to the level that can get introduced to the EMS factories and can support product industrialization NPI needs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Working with R&amp;D to ensure all products are designed to be manufacturable at the highest yield, lowest cost.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Identifying active divergent manufacturing solutions and defining and demonstrating improved alternatives that could support cost reduction, quality improvement and reliability increase.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Ensuring all work is documented to high standard including ISO9000.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Education and Experience : </span></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Academic Qualification: Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Competencies :</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">Electronic assembly manufacturing, Wireless technology, SMT process, Electronic test process, Supply Chain, lean manufacturing, Poka Yoke, 5S, quality tools such as 6 Sigma, SPC, FMEA...</span></p>",
