    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>BayCare Medical Group (BMG)</strong>, a physician-led medical group, is seeking a <strong>Physician Assistants (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN)</strong> to join our well-established <strong>Tampa Neurosurgery clinic</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The team is comprised of <strong>four board-certified neurosurgeons</strong> who specialize in the treatment of cranial, spinal, and peripheral nerve disorders, supported by experienced advanced practice providers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing neurosurgery practice serving the greater Tampa Bay region. The ideal candidate is <strong>collaborative, adaptable, and patient-focused, with a strong interest in outpatient neurosurgical care.</strong></p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>100% outpatient-focused role</strong> </p></li>\n <li>Participate in weekend call coverage on a rotating basis (approximately every 7th weekend)</li>\n <li><p>Evaluate and manage patients in the outpatient clinic</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and the multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient care</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide patient education and maintain accurate clinical documentation</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience as a Neurosurgery APP is required.</strong></li>\n <li>Clinical rotation in neurosurgery is a plus.</li>\n <li>Passion for learning and strong interest in working in neurosurgery.</li>\n <li>Board certified and ability to obtain a Florida license.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong>:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>BayCare Medical Group offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
