This position is responsible for creating practical, learner-focused content from eLearning modules and job aids to videos and instructor-led sessions.</p>\n<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain learning content including eLearning modules, tutorials, videos, presentations, and assessments.</li>\n <li>Own end-to-end project management of learning initiatives from needs analysis through evaluation.</li>\n <li>Deliver training sessions to diverse audiences, both virtually and in-person.</li>\n <li>Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and outcome-driven learning experiences.</li>\n <li>Manage course content in the 360Learning LMS — publishing, reporting, and analyzing engagement.</li>\n <li>Administer and maintain LMS platform, including user tracking, reporting, and content versioning.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, engineers, and stakeholders to validate accuracy and relevance.</li>\n <li>Serve as primary point of contact for training technology platforms and vendor relationships.</li>\n <li>Contribute to learning strategy, roadmap development, and a growing library of reusable content and training standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.</li>\n <li>Experience with AI-assisted content development tools as part of an active content workflow.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and presentation skills with comfort delivering live and recorded training.</li>\n <li>Experience managing LMS platforms and content end-to-end, including analytics and reporting.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives from design through delivery.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of adult learning principles and learning science.</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education & Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum Required: 6+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or learning experience design.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Licenses & Credentials</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Required: None.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Systems & Technology</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, including PowerPoint and SharePoint.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or comparable instructional design framework.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Stifel</h2>\n<p>Stifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
