As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operations Executive</span> where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate data management and effective communication across teams. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Management – Maintain and update internal CRM systems and databases to ensure data is accurate, organized, and easily accessible</li>\n<li>Data Presentation – Transform data into clear, structured, and visually engaging formats to support decision-making</li>\n<li>Report Preparation – Assist in preparing reports and presentations by gathering data and summarizing key insights</li>\n<li>Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance administrative and operational processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency within the Commercial team</li>\n<li>Project Coordination – Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of data and project updates</li>\n<li>Training Support – Assist in onboarding and training new Commercial team members on CRM systems and best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Experience working with CRM systems and data management tools</li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and present data clearly</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li>\n<li>Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Please note this is an office based role.</span></p>",
