The analyst partners with business leaders to optimize workflows, manage system upgrades, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance. Acting as a subject matter expert, this role also mentors junior analysts, drives change management, and ensures ERP systems meet evolving business needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Order to Cash (OTC)</strong><strong> </strong>Supports end-to-end customer fulfillment and revenue processes, including: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oracle Fusion ERP (Order Management, Pricing, AR) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Blue Yonder WMS This role focuses on order capture, fulfillment, warehousing, shipping, billing, and customer-facing execution. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>**This position requires Eastern or Central Time Zone availability.**</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>“For this position, qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Cook does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position now or in the future.”</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.</li>\n <li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations and functional specifications.</li>\n <li>Configure ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain) and validate system changes</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize enterprise-wide processes</li>\n <li>Manage testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality assurance.</li>\n <li>Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolve high-priority ERP issues</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional designs, process flows, and user guides</li>\n <li>Mentor junior team members</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and ERP best practices</li>\n <li>Engage with senior management to align ERP strategies with business objectives</li>\n <li>Address day-to-day issues and support business operations based on priorities </li>\n <li>Perform impact assessments for ERP upgrades </li>\n <li>Coordinate feature/function changes with Sustainment Team </li>\n <li>Support users on product questions</li>\n <li>Address and facilitate the resolution of product issues</li>\n <li>Ability to create functional designs and configuration changes </li>\n <li>Facilitate release management and regression testing </li>\n <li>Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance </li>\n <li>Train users and maintain system documentation</li>\n <li>Manage data migration, compliance, and vendor coordination </li>\n <li>Generate reports and support decision-making</li>\n <li>Analyze business needs and translate them into functional ERP specifications </li>\n <li>Configure and maintain ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing) </li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements </li>\n <li>Support ERP system upgrades, patches, and integrations. </li>\n <li>Conduct functional and regression testing; ensure quality assurance </li>\n <li>Provide end-user support and training for ERP applications </li>\n <li>Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Regional or Country Requirements</strong><strong>Education and/or Work Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, related field or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, (ERP systems experience- SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics preferred)</li>\n <li>ERP Certifications (SAP/Oracle Cloud, or equivalent) preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills and/or Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This role requires fluency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts, including the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs, improve workflows using approved tools, identify and mitigate bias or inaccuracies, and communicate AI-driven insights clearly and responsibly to peers and managers</li>\n <li>Expertise in ERP systems and business process management</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of ERP modules and business processes</li>\n <li>Experience in Application Management Service Delivery​</li>\n <li>Functional process analysis and Oracle Cloud configuration, with strong problem-solving skills, end-to-end process knowledge, and hands-on support of application management and service delivery</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence others at various levels</li>\n <li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Proven problem-solving skills across a matrix organization</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills</li>\n <li>Highly motivated self-starter</li>\n <li>Availability and willingness to travel on company business based on requirements of the role (domestically and internationally)</li>\n <li>Requires occasional early morning or evening teleconferences</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Works under general office environmental conditions</li>\n <li>Sits for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity working with computers, etc.</li>\n</ul>",
