    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span>Provide functional and technical expertise in related to business systems, business processes and implementation projects, especially in the area of Project Accounting, and the integration with other ERP modules like General Ledger, Account Payables, Accounts Receivals, Fix Assets Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing and Depot Repair modules..</span>\n  <ul style=\"list-style-type:circle\">\n   <li><span>This includes but not limited to defining elements like project types, project organizations, auto accounting rules, project classifications, budgets, templates, cost rates, cross charge, cost collector and general project accounting related setups across impacted modules.</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><span>Perform analysis on business processes, data and issues and provide guidance in change management (advise, design, lead, coordinate).</span></li>\n <li><span>Review new and existing system designs and make recommendations for improving or altering the systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Communicate effectively with consultants, project teams and business stakeholders to ensure coordinated and planned implementation of business systems changes.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with contractors to ensure delivery of software and services according to timing and quality expectations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide ongoing support for implemented systems (Oracle EBSand edge applications) across Project Accounting functionality and integrations with other modules and applications: perform troubleshooting and lead the issue resolution process; communicate promptly and efficiently with relevant support groups; facilitate relationship between support groups and business users and initiate escalations, when appropriate.</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate and represent MSOL in Oracle Project Accounting Functional Teams</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead and manage small to medium sized enhancement projects based on Waterfall or Agile project methodologies: Assist with requirements definition, impact analysis and implementation planning; Prepare and review training and application documentation as required; Coordinate training and testing, validate results and sign off, facilitate readiness assessment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Additional assignments may be given in other areas as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Who You Are:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations; are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities. You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span>Functional and Technical expertise within Oracle project accounting and financial modules, including full module configuration</span></li>\n <li><span>Functional expertise within Oracle project accounting, financial modules, manufacturing, inventory and cost accounting.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in using ERP/Digital integrated business systems solutions.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Thorough understanding of (Digital) integrated systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Exposure to system implementation projects, through direct participation or project management.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to understand evolving technologies and relate to current business demands.</span></li>\n <li><span>Fluent English language skills; verbal, reading and writing.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven, 10-12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ebs R12 in a functional or techno-functional capacity, preferably within an international organization with multiple locations (some years of experience may be compensated with professional qualifications).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or relevant business or technology discipline.</span></li>\n <li><span>Good interpersonal skills using English, both spoken and written, as will be working with overseas team</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Our Culture &amp; Commitment to You</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
