You will:</p><ul><li>Perform assessments, implement care plans, and document clinical encounters in our EMR</li><li>Assist with exams, treatments, and procedures in a family-friendly outpatient environment</li><li>Prepare charts and review records to ensure timely and organized visits</li><li>Communicate test results and care updates to patients clearly and compassionately</li><li>Triage patient concerns, needs, and requests—prioritizing and relaying them to the provider for follow-up and resolution</li><li>Provide patient education and promote wellness, prevention, and health literacy</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care</li><li>Support infection control and medication safety procedures</li><li>Float as needed to other areas within the health center to support patient needs</li></ul>",
