Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.   Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 15 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Contribute to the management of all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.</li>\n <li>Support the technical delivery of civil engineering projects, including public infrastructure and transportation initiatives.</li>\n <li>Assist in developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans in coordination with leadership and clients.</li>\n <li>Track and support management of project performance, including deliverables and timelines.</li>\n <li>Participate in construction administration activities such as site visits, progress tracking, and responding to contractor inquiries.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design and construction requirements are met.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, design standards, and codes.</li>\n <li>Prepare or oversee the preparation of engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.</li>\n <li>Assist in monitoring project schedules and help ensure timely completion of technical deliverables.</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff as needed.</li>\n <li>Support planning and supervision of design and construction activities on advanced projects.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field from an ABET-accredited program.</li>\n <li>Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Oklahoma.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in civil or public infrastructure projects.</li>\n <li>Proven experience managing Engineering projects such as water/wastewater systems, electrical/controls systems, drainage, roadways, and utility coordination.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal regulations, design standards, and permitting processes.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of engineering principles related to design, permitting, and construction administration.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate across disciplines.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
