As a Senior Engineer – ITS &amp; Intelligent Mobility, you will play a key role in advancing ITS capability in Western Australia while contributing to nationally significant projects.<br>This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong engineer who is ready to step into a role that combines project delivery, advisory work and market growth.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong><br>You’ll support the delivery of ITS design and advisory solutions, helping to build and strengthen WSP’s presence in a growing and high-impact market.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Technical Delivery</u></p><ul><li>Deliver ITS design and project activities across a range of transport infrastructure projects</li><li>Contribute to advisory engagements aligned with client strategies, including MRWA ITS Masterplans and C-ITS initiatives</li><li>Apply strong knowledge across smart motorways, connected vehicles, signals and emerging transport technologies</li></ul><p><u>Client &amp; Project Contribution</u></p><ul><li>Work closely with project leaders and client teams to deliver high-quality, technically robust outcomes</li><li>Support collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to achieve integrated project solutions</li><li>Contribute to building trusted client relationships through consistent delivery excellence</li></ul><p><u>Business Growth</u></p><ul><li>Assist in the coordination and tracking of strategic pursuits and opportunities</li><li>Support the development of client relationships and partnerships across ITS, lighting and signals</li><li>Contribute to bids and proposals, helping position WSP strongly in the market</li></ul><p><u>Collaboration &amp; Teaming</u></p><ul><li>Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders across WSP</li><li>Work collaboratively to support project delivery, knowledge sharing and capability growth</li></ul><p><u>Strategic Contribution</u></p><ul><li>Contribute to business planning activities and support the delivery of strategic goals</li><li>Help identify opportunities to expand ITS capability and market presence</li></ul><p><br><strong>About you</strong><br>You’re an emerging leader with strong technical grounding in ITS and a desire to grow your influence across projects, clients and the market.<br>You’ll bring:</p><ul><li>A degree in Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Chartered status (or working towards)</li><li>Typically 5+ years’ experience in ITS, intelligent mobility, or related electrical/systems engineering</li><li>Experience working with Australian ITS standards and transport technologies</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders</li><li>Exposure to client engagement and/or supporting business development activities</li><li>A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation in transport</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why WSP?</strong><br>At WSP, you’ll join a global organisation that’s passionate about shaping the future.
