Together, we are EXP.<br>&nbsp;</div><p>Are you ready to design your future?</p><p><br>Be our next <strong>Intermediate Certified Engineering Technologist!</strong></p><p><br><strong>Your work environment at EXP</strong></p><p>We are currently seeking a C.E.T with experience in land development and municipal Infrastructure projects that include site grading, site servicing, stormwater management design and construction review</p><p><strong>What a day at EXP has in store for you</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare preliminary and detailed CAD drawings associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projects</li><li>Coordinate project drawings with project managers, CAD staff and others</li><li>Ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner</li><li>Work under the direction of Senior Staff and mentor junior CAD staff working within the division</li><li>Will have to alternate between two sites</li></ul><p><strong>What your experience looks like</strong></p><ul><li>Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) with <strong>5 to 7 years</strong> of relevant experience, preferably from a consulting engineering office environment in Ontario</li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a mandatory requirement, along with strong computer software skills in Word, Excel &amp; MS Project</li><li>Familiarity with various Municipal &amp; Regional design and drafting standards</li><li>Experience in preliminary and detailed design drawing preparation associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projects</li><li>Independent, Organized and Motivated Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced turnaround environment</li><li>Reliable way to get to multiple site locations in remote areas.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This job posting is not for an immediate hire within our organization.<br>&nbsp;</p><div><span data-teams=\"true\">The salary range for this role is $60K-80K.
