This is an individual contributor role with enterprise-wide strategic impact, reporting dually to the Enterprise CFO and the North Regional Vice President of Operations.</p><p>The Regional VP of Finance will function as a true financial business partner to regional operations leadership, driving financial performance, ensuring reporting integrity, supporting the private equity value creation thesis, and serving as a key liaison between facility-level operations and enterprise finance. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare financial acumen, comfort operating within a PE-backed environment, and the ability to influence outcomes without direct line authority.</p><p><strong>POSITION&rsquo;S ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Financial Performance &amp; Value Creation</strong></p><ul><li>Own the regional P&amp;L and serve as the financial steward for all facilities in the North Region, driving accountability for revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets aligned to the General Atlantic value creation plan.</li><li>Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans for each facility and the region in aggregate.</li><li>Identify and quantify margin improvement opportunities across case mix optimization, supply chain, labor productivity, and payer contracting.</li><li>Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including case volume, revenue per case, cost per case, net revenue realization, DSO, and EBITDA margin by facility and service line.</li><li>Support due diligence and financial integration for regional acquisition targets, including pro forma modeling and synergy identification.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Financial Reporting &amp; Close Process</strong></p><ul><li>Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process for the North Region, with a target close cycle of 5&ndash;10 business days.</li><li>Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly financial packages to the Enterprise CFO, regional leadership, and General Atlantic, including variance analysis, bridge commentary, and forward-looking insights.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting, including revenue recognition, physician and facility settlements, and intercompany allocations.</li><li>Collaborate with enterprise accounting to resolve complex accounting matters including net working capital true-ups, purchase accounting, and ASC 606 compliance.</li></ul><p><strong>Revenue Cycle &amp; Cash Flow Management</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with revenue cycle management (RCM) leadership to monitor and improve collection performance, denial management, and payer reimbursement rates across the region.</li><li>Track and drive improvement in DSO targets (30&ndash;35 days), AR aging, and cash conversion cycle.</li><li>Oversee regional accounts payable processes, vendor management, and working capital optimization.</li><li>Identify revenue integrity risks and implement controls to prevent revenue leakage.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Finance Partnership</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the North Regional VP of Operations, facility administrators, and physician partners.</li><li>Participate in regional operations meetings, board meetings, and physician joint venture governance with data-driven financial perspectives.</li><li>Translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.</li><li>Support operational leaders in evaluating capital expenditure requests, new service line business cases, and physician recruitment ROI.</li></ul><p><strong>Internal Controls, Compliance &amp; Systems</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, SOX-equivalent processes, and PE&nbsp;reporting standards across all regional facilities.</li><li>Support enterprise initiatives to optimize financial systems (Sage Intacct, HST Pathways, CPSI) and drive automation of manual processes.</li><li>Identify and implement best-in-class digitization platforms and technology solutions to drive increased efficiency, operational synergies, and shareholder value across the regional portfolio.</li><li>Participate in external audit support and regulatory compliance as required.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare services (ASCs, surgical hospitals, or multi-site healthcare platforms).</li><li>Demonstrated experience operating within a private equity-backed or sponsor-backed healthcare environment, including familiarity with PE reporting cadences, value creation frameworks, and board-level financial communication.</li><li>Deep understanding of ASC and surgical hospital financial models, including physician joint venture structures, case-level economics, and payer dynamics.</li><li>Strong command of revenue cycle management metrics, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare-specific accounting standards.</li><li>Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes in a matrixed organization without direct line authority.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in financial planning systems, ERP platforms (Sage Intacct preferred), business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred), and Excel-based financial modeling.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field;
