This position offers significant opportunities for career advancement and professional growth while supporting critical missions and operations.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate existing end-user IT equipment to identify systems requiring refresh based on lifecycle, performance, and security compliance.</li><li>Plan and execute technical refresh initiatives, ensuring minimal operational disruptions and seamless transitions.</li><li>Develop, review, and modify standard operating procedures related to property book requirements and hardware lifecycle management.</li><li>Conduct internal audits and develop/review corrective action plans to support asset and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Negotiate supplier agreements, coordinate hardware deliveries, and oversee vendor performance as part of refresh operations.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of hardware configurations, refresh schedules, and change management activities.</li><li>Coordinate material movement and resource allocation to meet delivery schedules and program goals.</li><li>Provide training to internal and external stakeholders on refresh procedures, asset tracking systems, and associated software tools.</li><li>Lead or participate in process improvement teams, identifying efficiencies in procurement, logistics, and deployment processes.</li><li>Collaborate closely with IT, logistics, and security teams to ensure refreshed systems meet technical and compliance standards.</li></ul><p><em>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.&#xa0;</em></p>",

          "text": "<ul><li>U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Secret&#xa0;Clearance.</li><li>Must have a BA/BS Degree in computer science, information technology, or logistics.</li><li>Five (5+) years of relevant experience working in an IT asset management, procurement, lifecycle refresh, or a similar role.</li><li>IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per&#xa0;DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security,&#xa0;GICSP,&#xa0;GSEC, SSCP, etc.).</li><li>Must obtain a computing environment certification within 6 months of hire.</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of DoD procurement, property book, and infrastructure project management practices.</li><li>Knowledge of capital procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and service-level contracts.</li><li>Familiarity with audit processes, compliance frameworks, and IT service management tools (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow).</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification</li><li>Experience with incident management within the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform.</li><li>Working knowledge of hardware configuration management tools and logistics tracking systems.</li><li>Process improvement or quality management certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ITIL v4 Foundation).</li><li>Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.</li><li>Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.</li><li>A problem solver and troubleshooter&#xa0;who thrives in resolving&#xa0;complex problems.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary Range:&#xa0;</strong>$34,000 - $58,000</p><p>Several factors influence the final salary or hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determinations, relevant work experience, role-specific skills and competencies, geographic location, educational background, certifications, and federal government contract labor categories.</p>",
