    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Main Responsibilities – Include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor EHS performance, identify risks, areas of improvement, conduct and manage EHS audits and on-site inspections to identify EHS workplace hazards.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manage investigation of EHS incidents, prepare reports and recommendations, implement waste management programs, develop and drive EHS trainings , manage relationships with community of EHS stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Research, evaluate and recommend changes to improve EHS performance.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide expertise and advice on EHS issues to area managers and plant managers.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Eliminate the risk of occupational injury and illness, and environmental non-compliance in a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead internal and external EHS audits</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Required Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Level Degree\n  <ul>\n   <li>Area of Study: EHS or related field.</li>\n   <li>*Equivalent work experience or professional certifications obtained by applicants may also be considered for certain positions</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>3-5 Minimum Years of Experience in EHS.</li>\n <li>3-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.</li>\n <li>Experience of a minimum of two years in managing regulatory compliance in OSHA, worker’s compensation, manufacturing health and safety training, environmental and ergonomics.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001 requirements, including internal and external customers such as OE and NGO requirements; training and record keeping requirements, ISO documentation requirements and formats.</li>\n</ul>",
