You don't need prior startup experience. You need drive, curiosity, and a genuine interest in sales, marketing, or business development</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">DO I NEED A SPECIFIC DEGREE?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, with a Master's recommended, but the subject doesn't matter. We're looking for people who want to learn and build a commercial career in a startup environment, regardless of academic background.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">WHAT’S THE TIME COMMITMENT?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">BrightMinds is a full-time, six-month programme. September 2026- March 2027. The first two months are intensive training. For the following four months, you're in a commercial role at a startup four days a week, with one day of BrightMinds curriculum continuing throughout.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">WHERE DOES THE PROGRAMME TAKE PLACE?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The programme is remote-first, with three in-person Bootcamp Weeks in Europe (locations TBC).
