Compensation is $38.00 - $43.00 per hour based upon experience.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data</li>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau</li>\n <li>Partner with the Manager of Data Solutions & Systems to support data-driven initiatives and operational projects</li>\n <li>Assist in the design and implementation of automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate and Jira</li>\n <li>Analyze healthcare data across Operations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Finance to identify trends and opportunities</li>\n <li>Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders</li>\n <li>Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems</li>\n <li>Quickly learn internal data structures and systems to support priority projects with minimal ramp-up time</li>\n <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and financial teams to support business needs</li>\n <li>Support the integration and use of AI-driven tools to enhance reporting, automation, and efficiency</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot data issues and provide timely resolution to support ongoing operations</li>\n <li>Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, workflows, and data accessibility</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in data analytics, data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in healthcare analytics, specific to operations, RCM, & Finance</li>\n <li>A minimum of three (3) years of direct SQL coding experience (preferably in SQL Server Management Studio)—strong proficiency is a must</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of data analytics experience within the U.S. healthcare industry, with working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and U.S.-based healthcare data systems </li>\n <li>Direct experience with PowerBI, Python</li>\n <li>Problem-Solving Skills</li>\n <li>Ability to Work Independently</li>\n <li>Strong Communication Skills</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented </li>\n <li>Experienced in Data Analytics</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>",
