Start a career with us today!\n<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p>The general role of a Civil Foreman – Wireless Services is to safely and efficiently complete equipment installations, repairs, and upgrades at communication sites on the ground without direct supervision. In addition, the Civil Foreman will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of up to 6 members. This work will be performed in both commercial and industrial locations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This individual will represent Pillar Innovations in a safe, professional, and courteous manner. This position will require a flexible schedule which may include extensive travel, extended hours, weekends, and holidays. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Civil Foreman will report to the (Sr.) Construction Manager – Wireless Services and will work primarily out of their assigned location. </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform and oversee all on site work activities and documentation as required and directed</li>\n <li>Train and mentor Wireless Services team members</li>\n <li>Build customer infrastructure, such as tower sites, site expansion, and upgrades to new and existing wireless networks (e.g., civil groundwork, foundations, access roads, and compounds)</li>\n <li>Read and edit site documents such as Construction Drawings</li>\n <li>Identify, troubleshoot, and correct equipment and network functionality </li>\n <li>Observe and report possible defects or hazards in equipment and work site</li>\n <li>Document job costs, including labor hours and material in an accurate and timely manner</li>\n <li>Accurately follow instructions and complete assigned course of action in accordance with scope of work and methods of procedures (MOPs)</li>\n <li>Complete Material Inventory upon delivery</li>\n <li>Perform pre-work and post-work site audits and maintenance inspections</li>\n <li>Obtain written customer approval for change orders </li>\n <li>Operate Test Equipment (ground meg testers, transits, etc.)</li>\n <li>Assist management in scheduling of labor, materials, and other job tasks</li>\n <li>Assist Wireless Services Project Manager on all aspects of project execution and completion including timely documentation </li>\n <li>Assist the Wireless Services Project Manager in writing reports from field observations</li>\n <li>Responsible for managing labor hours to meet project schedules while maintaining quality control of project deliverables</li>\n <li>Ensure that projects are completed while maintaining quality control </li>\n <li>Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding employee performance, production, and placement</li>\n <li>Provide feedback and input for employee performance reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Walk / use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or tools / reach with hands and arms / climb ladders andstairs / crawl / kneel</li>\n <li>Sit, talk, listen, observe, read, write, and type</li>\n <li>Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted</li>\n <li>Perform work on site in industrial locations </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience in Commercial or Industrial Construction Preferred</li>\n <li>Proficient at interpreting blueprints and grading plans and how to implement them</li>\n <li>High-level proficiency operating earth moving equipment, i.e. excavators, bull dozers, skid-steers, etc.</li>\n <li>Proficient at building and modifying concrete foundations, to include tying and accurate placement of rebar</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License required </li>\n <li>Willingness to take on and learn new tasks and skills </li>\n <li>Possess strong problem resolution and customer interaction skills</li>\n <li>Possess or obtain OSHA 30 Training Certificate within 6 months of hire </li>\n <li>Maintain certifications for courses such as: ANSI A10.48 Rigging Certification, Capstan Operations, RF Awareness, First Aid/ CPR and other certifications as required</li>\n <li>Knowledge and ability to perform inventory mappings, maintenance inspections and site audits</li>\n <li>Proficient in operating test equipment (ground meg testers, transits, etc.)</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written</li>\n <li>Fluency in English is required</li>\n <li>Proficient computer skills and ability to use software applications including Microsoft Suite</li>\n <li>Able to work independently and as a member of a team</li>\n <li>Willingness to work in extreme environmental conditions</li>\n <li>Familiarity with general accounting/costing practices including budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders and accounts payable</li>\n <li>Possess demonstrated
