This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while providing direct support to residents and the clinical team. The CA/MHT helps reinforce program expectations, supports therapeutic interventions, and contributes to a positive and consistent milieu. We are currently seeking <strong>MHT</strong><strong>&nbsp;Coordinators</strong> for our Residential Treatment Facility with The Maples.&nbsp;</p><p data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"1009\">The Head CA/MHT serves as a lead role, providing guidance and support to CA/MHT staff while assisting leadership in maintaining consistency, safety, and accountability across the unit. This individual helps coordinate daily operations, supports staff development, and serves as a point of contact during shifts.</p><p data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1421\"><strong data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1029\">Qualifications</strong><br data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1032\">High school diploma or G.E.D. required<br data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1073\">One year of experience in a mental health care setting preferred, ideally as a Mental Health Technician, Clinical Assistant, or Certified Nursing Assistant<br data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1231\">Relevant education in a mental health or human services field may substitute for experience<br data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"1325\">Ability to obtain CPR certification and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification</p><p data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1677\"><strong data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1468\">Additional Qualifications for Head CA/MHT</strong><br data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1471\">Demonstrated experience
