    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Crew Lead Mitigation Technician</strong></p><p><strong>Job Description: Lead Mitigation Technician</strong></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Lead Mitigation Technician is responsible for overseeing and executing water, fire, mold, and other environmental mitigation projects from start to finish. This role ensures that all work meets industry standards, company quality expectations, and safety guidelines while providing exceptional customer service. The Lead Mitigation Technician coordinates field crews, communicates with homeowners and project managers, and ensures timely and accurate documentation.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Project Execution &amp; Oversight</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead and perform water, fire, mold, and environmental mitigation services.</li><li>Assess damages, determine scope of work, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.</li><li>Set up, monitor, and maintain mitigation equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, and specialty drying tools.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with IICRC standards and company protocols.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Guide and train technicians in proper mitigation techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.</li><li>Assign daily tasks and oversee productivity and workflow on job sites.</li><li>Ensure clear communication across team members, office staff, and management.</li></ul><p><strong>Customer &amp; Client Communication</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Explain mitigation processes and timelines to customers in a professional and reassuring manner.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers.</li><li>Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.</li></ul><p><strong>Documentation &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Complete and upload job documentation, including moisture readings, photos, sketches, and daily notes.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and job progress.</li><li>Assist with estimating by providing detailed on-site information.</li></ul><p><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free job site.</li><li>Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>2+ years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or related field.
