The role involves designing, migrating, optimizing, and supporting large-scale marketing automation platforms for KPMG’s enterprise clients.<br><br><span>⸻</span><br><br>\n  Key Responsibilities<br>\n  • Lead and support Adobe Campaign Classic v7 to v8 migration initiatives<br>\n  • Analyze existing v7 implementations and redesign them for v8 Postgres and Snowflake architecture<br>\n  • Implement and manage campaign workflows, deliveries, and automations<br>\n  • Rebuild and optimize schemas, workflows, typologies, and deliveries post-migration<br>\n  • Handle data migration, validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning<br>\n  • Work on FDA/FFDA configurations and data models in v8<br>\n  • Manage mid-sourcing setup and delivery routing in v8<br>\n  • Perform audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization<br>\n  • Develop and customize email templates, landing pages, and web forms<br>\n  • Integrate Adobe Campaign with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs<br>\n  • Write and optimize SQL queries for targeting, reporting, and troubleshooting<br>\n  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support<br>\n  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards<br>\n  • Collaborate with KPMG consulting, business, and client teams<br><br><span>⸻</span><br><br>\n  Mandatory Skills<br>\n  • Adobe Campaign Classic v7 and v8<br>\n  • Strong experience in v7 to v8 migration projects<br>\n  • Knowledge of Hybrid Architecture, FDA, FFDA<br>\n  • JavaScript (ECMAScript) in ACC<br>\n  • HTML and CSS for email development<br>\n  • SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)<br>\n  • REST and SOAP API integrations<br>\n  • Campaign workflows, deliveries, typologies, and targeting<br>\n  • Data migration and reconciliation<br>\n  • Performance optimization and troubleshooting<br><br><span>⸻</span><br><br>\n  Good to Have Skills<br>\n  • Adobe Campaign Certification<br>\n  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) integration knowledge<br>\n  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) exposure<br>\n  • Java or Python<br>\n  • Experience in large-scale enterprise CRM implementations</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Equal employment opportunity information&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><br><strong>KPMG India has a policy of providing equal opportunity for all applicants and employees regardless of their color, caste, religion, age, sex/gender, national origin, citizenship, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability or other legally protected status.
