    "description": "<p>Aspire Wellness Center is seeking a passionate, organized, and growth-minded <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PRP Program Director / Clinical Therapist</span> to join our leadership team. This hybrid role combines psychiatric rehabilitation program leadership with outpatient clinical therapy services and is ideal for someone who enjoys both program development and direct client care.</p>\n<p>As Aspire Wellness Center continues restructuring and strengthening our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), we are looking for someone excited to help build a strong, community-centered program while contributing to the overall growth, culture, and vision of the organization.</p>\n<p>This position combines office-based PRP leadership responsibilities with virtual and/or in-person outpatient clinical services for children, adolescents, and adults.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Position Structure</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately 20 hours/week dedicated to PRP programming, oversight, and leadership</li>\n<li>Approximately 20 hours/week providing outpatient therapy, intakes, and/or assessments</li>\n<li>Hybrid schedule including on-site PRP responsibilities and virtual clinical services</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licensed master’s-level mental health professional (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW-C, etc.)</li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults</li>\n<li>PRP and/or community mental health experience preferred</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee compliance and documentation standards</li>\n<li>Positive, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset</li>\n<li>Passion for community engagement, program development, and team collaboration</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities Include</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing daily PRP operations and programming</li>\n<li>Supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with PRP staff</li>\n<li>Assisting with PRP restructuring, program growth, and quality improvement initiatives</li>\n<li>Maintaining compliance and documentation standards</li>\n<li>Helping create engaging, interactive, and community-focused PRP activities and services</li>\n<li>Participating in leadership meetings and operational planning</li>\n<li>Providing outpatient therapy, intakes, and/or assessments within the OMHC program</li>\n<li>Building positive relationships with clients, families, staff, referral sources, and community partners</li>\n<li>Supporting the continued growth and success of Aspire Wellness Center’s PRP services</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Salary &amp; Incentives</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Starting salary range: $65,000–$75,000+ based on experience</li>\n<li>Incentive-based opportunities tied to PRP growth, development, and program success</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supportive and collaborative leadership team</li>\n<li>Leadership growth and advancement opportunities</li>\n<li>Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing PRP program</li>\n<li>Administrative support with scheduling and billing</li>\n<li>Warm, community-focused work environment</li>\n<li>Meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact within the community</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are looking for someone who wants to do more than simply fill a role — we are looking for someone excited to help build something meaningful.</p>\n<p>To apply, please submit your resume and a brief introduction sharing your experience and interest in the position.</p>",
