      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred</li>\n<li>Minimum of&nbsp;<strong>9 college credits in Early Childhood Education</strong> (required for NYS OCFS Group Teacher qualification)</li>\n<li><strong>2+ years of experience</strong> working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or early education setting</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of toddler development and classroom management</li>\n<li>A calm, patient, and nurturing approach</li>\n<li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</li>\n<li>Willingness to complete all OCFS required trainings</li>\n<li><strong>Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm</strong></li>\n\n</div>"
