    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Table Games or Shift Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for providing dealing services to customers while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
