What separates our Senior Supers is their ability to lead from the front and support their staff with charisma and tenacity. We expect our Senior Supers have true building knowledge and conquer challenges fearlessly.\n<ul>\n <li>Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site</li>\n <li>Develop comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections</li>\n <li>Work in partnership with PM to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project</li>\n <li>Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the project</li>\n <li>Always promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent at a general contractor</li>\n <li>Project Experience: $20-100M projects in commercial, high ed, hospitality, life science etc.   </li>\n <li>Experience in managing field personnel and all trades on site with great communication skills as well as the training, developing and mentoring of others</li>\n <li>Experience with complex and logistically challenging, fast paced and high visibility projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO Information</h2>\n<p>Shawmut prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.</p>\n<h2>Salary Range Information</h2>\n<p><strong>California Base Salary Range: $175,000 – $225,000</strong> The range stated is specific to California<strong>.</strong> Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.</p>",
