Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for setting up, overseeing, maintenance of all Margaritaville Resort Casino entertainment equipment, tools, facility and running of equipment during entertainment events.</li>\n <li>Execute in a timely manner the sound and/or lighting of every show and events held in the Performance Hall, Margaritaville Restaurant, Pool area or any other area on property requiring light and sound.</li>\n <li>Work closely with marketing staff and Food & Beverage to ensure timely schedule of all events.</li>\n <li>Oversee maintenance of all entertainment facilities and equipment. Ensure all equipment is in good shape and up to code.</li>\n <li>Ensure adequate occupancy is being followed regarding Fire Marshall Code.</li>\n <li>Maintain adequate office supplies, forms and equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of two years of college including courses in Marketing, Entertainment, or related fields.</li>\n <li>One or more years appropriate experience.</li>\n <li>Or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Excellent communications, organizational and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li> Creative thinker and fast learner, ability to communicate ideas effectively.</li>\n <li>Excellent knowledge of production equipment/show/event environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to deal with confidential tasks, with total discretion.</li>\n <li>Flexible, ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills.</li>\n <li>PC computer literacy and ability including Microsoft Office for Windows.</li>\n <li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
