Our team is designing a flight critical, custom avionics system to support communications, compute, AI, power, telemetry, and all other needed aircraft systems. This includes cradle to grave ownership of architecture, design, analysis, schematic capture, layout, verification, qualification, integration, and manufacturing Work with mixed signal systems that include high-speed digital, FPGA, compute, analog, power regulation, EMI/EMC, RF, etc. Execute test and qualification campaigns. Including environmental test for vibration, altitude, radiation, thermal, humidity, etc. Lead system integration of your design. Including troubleshooting and root cause analysis Lead and mentor teammates Work closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, embedded, software, manufacturing, thermal, supplier development, reliability, supply chain, etc.) Help automate manufacturing test solutions for volume production Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; or equivalent A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer Strong technical fundamentals Contributed to and led multiple product design cycles involving EE, ME, and SW engineering Familiar with CAD software such as Altium or equivalent Familiar with a PLM system such as Arena or equivalent Demonstrated track record of extreme ownership, working hard, and delivering outstanding outcomes
