&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Hold castings by hand and manipulate casting in such a manner to achieve desired result without causing damage to casting.</li><li>Count and verify count with proper route sheet.</li><li>Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards.</li><li>Comply with company safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<u>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</u></p><p>No prior experience or training.</p><p>&nbsp;<u>QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements):</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>LANGUAGE SKILLS - Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. &nbsp;Aiblity to print and speak simple sentences.</li><li>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.</li><li>REASONING ABILITY - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. &nbsp;Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.</li><li>PHYSICAL DEMANDS &ndash;
