You should have excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with the ability to lead globally distributed teams and ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. A solid technical understanding of cloud migrations, DevOps, application development, and infrastructure implementations is essential.</p>\n<p>IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering technology projects for clients within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior management to ensure successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Planning &amp; Delivery</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and consulting engagements.</li>\n<li>Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.</li>\n<li>Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.</li>\n<li>Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.</li>\n<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Facilitate project kick-off meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and project closures.</li>\n<li>Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and consultants.</li>\n<li>Assign tasks and monitor team performance.</li>\n<li>Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk &amp; Issue Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints.</li>\n<li>Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.</li>\n<li>Escalate critical issues and risks to senior management when required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.</li>\n<li>Manage project profitability and billing milestones.</li>\n<li>Support contract management, change requests, and scope control processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Assurance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.</li>\n<li>Monitor project deliverables for quality and compliance.</li>\n<li>Conduct lessons-learned sessions and drive process improvements.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting &amp; Documentation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.</li>\n<li>Maintain project documentation, including scope documents, schedules, RAID logs, and change requests.</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate project records and audit readiness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Candidate Profile: Requirements &amp;
