This role offers a hands-on educational experience using artificial intelligence to improve workflows, generate insights, and support decision-making across a fast-paced media organization. This internship is designed to provide meaningful experience while earning academic credit.</p>\n<p><b>Key Learning Outcomes</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude and similar platforms)</li>\n <li>Understanding of AI-driven workflow automation and business operations</li>\n <li>Development of data analysis and insight generation skills</li>\n <li>Exposure to legal operations and contract management</li>\n <li>Strengthened research and communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Learning Opportunities&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assisting in automating workflows (e.g., scheduling, reporting, data entry) using AI tools</li>\n <li>Analyzing data from spreadsheets and documents, delivering clear summaries and insights</li>\n <li>Supporting AI-assisted contract review by identifying key clauses, risks, and contributing to templates</li>\n <li>Helping organize and maintain the legal contract repository, improving structure and accessibility</li>\n <li>Researching emerging AI tools and contributing to presentations or pilot use cases</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current college student eligible for academic credit</li>\n <li>Interest in AI, media, business, or legal processes</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AI tool familiarity is a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to manage tasks in a collaborative, fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Currently a junior or senior enrolled in an accredited college or university</li>\n <li>At least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Available to be fully on site in our Santa Monica office</li>\n <li>Able to commit to a minimum of 15–20 hours per week and 2 days per week</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Tennis Channel is proud to be equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
