          "text": "<p>We are seeking a board-certified or residency-trained <strong>Small Animal Veterinary Dermatologist</strong> to join our growing team of specialists. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment with a strong support team and access to advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about dermatology, client communication, and providing high-quality, compassionate care.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatologic conditions in small animals, including allergic, autoimmune, infectious, and parasitic diseases.</li><li>Perform dermatologic procedures such as skin scrapings, cytologies, biopsies, and allergy testing (intradermal or serum-based).</li><li>Conduct video otoscopy and deep ear flushes as needed.</li><li>Provide dermatologic consultations for in-house referrals and external clients.</li><li>Collaborate with referring veterinarians and in-house specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.</li><li>Educate clients on treatment plans, medication use, and long-term management strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with or interest in teaching and mentoring support staff or interns</li><li>Familiarity with advanced dermatologic diagnostics and treatment protocols</li><li>Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively with other specialists</li></ul>",
