The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy working environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary: </span> £13 per hour plus commission on sales plus bonuses</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule: </span>40 hours per week, this will include a Saturday. </p>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ensure all clients receive a warm, authentic TONI&amp;GUY welcome.</li>\n<li>Maintain an organised Front of House environment.</li>\n<li>Ensure salon stock levels are not running low – ordering when necessary.</li>\n<li>Taking clients bills and rebooking clients’ appointments.</li>\n<li>Replying to and composing emails.</li>\n<li>Cash handling - Petty cash and banking.</li>\n<li>Opening and closing .</li>\n<li>Complete Return To Work Meetings along with over looking Fire Safety and Health and Safety</li>\n<li>Be an integral part of the team, available to assist salon staff as needed.</li>\n<li>Working alongside a team in a fast paste environment.</li>\n<li>Support our stylists and technicians in building and maintaining a loyal clientele.</li>\n<li>Deliver hospitality levels of service to all clients.</li>\n<li>Ensure unattended clients are taken care of and offer refreshments if requested.</li>\n<li>Ensure every client receives an authentic, relaxing, and top-tier hairdressing experience.</li>\n<li>Recommend products to clients to suit their hair needs.</li>\n<li>Always maintain the impeccable presentation of the salon.</li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At TONI&amp;GUY, we believe that skills, potential, and passion for hairdressing come in various forms.
