This detail-oriented individual will work to uphold the highest quality standards for technical design and project specifications. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Working with the design team to select appropriate materials and systems for various project types including commercial, healthcare, aviation, education and data centers</li>\n <li>Writing project specifications from Corgan master specifications and compiling project manuals</li>\n <li>Assisting design team with technical guidance during construction contract administration</li>\n <li>Product research and evaluation</li>\n <li>Technical design assistance</li>\n <li>Construction contract administration support of design studio staff</li>\n <li>Mentoring of design studio technical staff</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent</li>\n <li>8-10 years of experience in the design & construction industry</li>\n <li>3 years experience as Specifications Writer</li>\n <li>Experience in one or more of our market sectors (commercial, healthcare, aviation, education, data centers, and interiors) is highly preferred</li>\n <li>Licensed architect, CSI CCS, or CSI CCCA preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position is designated as <strong>full-time on-site</strong> and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location <strong>Monday through Friday during standard business hours</strong>.
