Our Talent Development Specialists/Trainers play a vital role in delivering high-quality services, and your expertise will make a meaningful impact!&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Facilitating New Employee Orientation</strong>: Conduct engaging and informative sessions, ensuring all new hires feel welcomed and prepared.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Proficient Use of Software</strong>: Demonstrate your skills with programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook to create effective training materials.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Open Communication</strong>: Foster ongoing dialogue with all staff levels regarding training requirements and needs.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Supporting Fellow Trainers</strong>: Collaborate with colleagues and assist in organizational and departmental in-service training.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Data&#xa0;entry into our Learning Management System</strong>: Update and track training completions, classes, and essential data to ensure compliance and effectiveness.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Leading Virtual Trainings</strong>: Utilize platforms like Zoom, GoToMeeting, and Teams to deliver training remotely. You'll also provide support with any technical issues that may arise.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Coordinating Resource</strong>s: Work together with staff to maximize training benefits for the individuals we serve and enhance program effectiveness.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>This role is a 50% administration and 50% facilitator role (75% of the facilitation in person and 25% virtual (&#xa0;will be for multiple states)&#xa0;average of 10&#xa0;people per session</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>MUST HAVE:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience/Education:</strong>&#xa0;1-2 years of experience or education related to staff training&#xa0;or in-service presentation.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Proven Track Record:</strong>&#xa0;Demonstrated&#xa0;success in conducting virtual or web-based training programs.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Physical requirements:</strong> Instructors must&#xa0;demonstrate&#xa0;physical coordination and skill, which may include the ability to&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;balance while moving or being pushed or pulled. They must also be able to lower themselves into a half- squat position while keeping their back straight.&#xa0;Instructors will also be performing hands-on demonstrations of crisis intervention techniques.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and virtual platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and GoToMeeting.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>NICE TO&#xa0;HAVE:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Certifications:</strong> Must&#xa0;either currently&#xa0;hold or be able to obtain certifications in required training programs.
