This role supervises and mentors unionized trades teams, coordinates closely with Production and Trials stakeholders, and ensures all work meets schedule, quality, and safety requirements. The position plays a key role in troubleshooting complex systems, improving productivity, and delivering compliant, high-quality vessels for sea trials and acceptance.
