This role blends technical leadership, team professional development and mentorship, and both production oversight and direct production assistance to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">We take pride in the quality of our work and in delivering client satisfaction. font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Lead and oversee a team of three to five mechanical engineers and designers across multiple projects, ensuring work is planned, coordinated, and aligned with project goals and deadlines</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Plan, assign, and manage team workload and production efforts, translating project requirements into clear work plans that align with scope, schedule, and staffing capacity</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding system design, resolving complex challenges, and supporting high-quality, coordinated deliverables</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Oversee the preparation, coordination, and review of construction documents, including plans, specifications, and calculations, ensuring accuracy and completeness</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Serve as a subject matter expert in mechanical systems, constructability, and code compliance, supporting informed decision-making across projects</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Drive the development and continuous improvement of discipline-specific tools, workflows, standards, training materials, and production processes</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
