    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>SALARY: $ 19.38 per hour </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>A Team Lead position performs a variety of tasks in the warehouse, including maintaining a high level of productivity by monitoring, assisting, and training personnel.  Works with resources to perform daily inspections for product quality and line equipment in the La Vergne, TN distribution center.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Day Shift:  Monday - Thursday  7:00am - 5:30pm (10 hour shifts)</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>With 30 years of experience in the wireless industry, Superior Communications has become the nation's largest manufacturer and distributor of wireless accessories with the broadest product offerings and services for all channels of distribution.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>You will be responsible for...</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Organizing team members, assigning picking tickets; ensuring pick ticket is the correct product, has correct packaging materials and labels</span></li>\n<li><span>Reporting damaged items; ensuring replacement of inventory</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensuring packed cartons are sealed and labeled appropriately with accompanying documentation</span></li>\n<li><span>Solving order issues, e.g. mixed orders, tracking information, lost packages</span></li>\n<li><span>Working with Production Scheduling to set up the daily production schedule</span></li>\n<li><span>Working with Shipping on the outbound shipping schedule</span></li>\n<li><span>Leading and supporting other Team Leaders as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span>Processing the company’s “Employee Company Store” purchases</span></li>\n<li><span>Process 3PL parcels</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure labels are printed daily and placed in bins for pick-up</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain the printers in the label area, e.g. change print cartridges, clean, load labels, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span>Drive to meet internal/external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and metrics</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>You might be a great fit if...</span></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>High school diploma, or GED</span></li>\n<li><span>Valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of Superior’s forklift training program </span></li>\n<li><span>1-year of previous supply chain experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>1-year of previous team leader experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Computer proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to read and write in English</span></li>\n<li><span>Self-confidence to lead</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to prioritize effectively; able to follow instructions and be a quick learner</span></li>\n<li><span>Good collaboration skills with both internal and external customers; ability to work in a team environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WORK ENVIRONMENT</span></p>\n<p>This position works in a warehouse/distribution center setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.  The noise level in the work environment and can be loud.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ADA -</span> Superior Communications will make reasonable accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
