Decision-Making Skills: Ability to think critically and make independent decisions regarding the assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and return to play decisions per state licensure guidelines. Attention to Detail: Athletic trainers should be thorough and detailed with injury tracking and documentation.</p><p>EDUCATION: Accredited Athletic Training degree. Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or a related field. Master's degree preferred.</p><p>LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: &nbsp;Current certification by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Montana. BLS certification required.</p><p>APTITUDES: &nbsp;Ability to achieve cognitive, organizational, and emotional maturity to deal effectively with multiple tasks, stresses, deadlines, difficult situations, and/or patients.
