(IAI) is seeking eager and motivated students and recent graduates to develop and work on Artificial Intelligent and Big Data technology and application during a 3-month internship. The internship will require the candidates to have a background in statistical learning theory, machine learning, deep learning, and/or big data technology. <br><br>WHY INTERN AT IAI<br>We are a team of self-motivated computer scientists / engineers / developers at all levels (Entry, Mid and Senior). We work in a highly agile and dynamic R&amp;D environment that focuses on technology transition and product development. We get excited about candidates that can support the development of research and integration of Machine and Deep Learning in all areas of the Big Data pipeline for at least one application domain: RF sensing, undersea, full motion video, time series signal analysis, and cybersecurity. (US citizenship is required.)<br> <br>You are highly encouraged to apply if you are excited about using the latest technologies throughout the software stack, have strong analytical skills, a strong foundation in software engineering and have a passion for high-quality code.<br><br>JOB DUTIES Depending on the experience and interest, job duties will include:<br>•\tDesign and implement machine and deep learning algorithms for full motion video, time series, social media, network, and text analytics<br>•\tDesign and development of the architecture and framework for a cloud-based analytics as a service platform to handle high volume data<br>•\tDesign, develop, and integrate web services to support existing production applications <br>•\tDesign, enhance, and maintain existing software products perform upgrades to existing live production software applications<br>•\tSupport monitoring of deployed services and applications<br><br>DESIRED SKILLS Prior experience with one or more of these technologies is a plus, but not required:<br>•\tEager and motivated to perform research, learn and develop new technology.<br>•\tMachine/Deep Learning Libraries: TensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch, OpenCV, Matlab<br>•\tCloud, big data tools and frameworks such as Hadoop ecosystem: Kafka, Solr, Spark/Storm<br>•\tFrameworks such as Grails, Spring, Jetty, Pyramid/Flask<br>•\tProgramming languages/platforms: Python, Java/JDK, HTML5, JavaScript, C/C++<br>•\tDatabase experience: MongoDB, MySQL/SQL, InfluxDB, Prometheus, Accumulo <br>•\tConfiguration Management and Test Tools:  Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, JUnit <br>•\tLogging and Monitoring:  ELK stack, Grafana, log4j<br>•\tOperating Environment/Services: Linux, Windows, Android/iOS, LDAP, Kerberos<br><br>EDUCATION<br>Enrolled in (or recently graduated) a bachelor's degree program (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field.<br><br>ABOUT US<br>Intelligent Automation, Inc.
